Gifts received without a fund designation may be treated as unrestricted. Restricted gifts are accepted for approved funds and purposes of Divine Mercies Inc. Divine Mercies Inc. will use restricted gifts for the designated fund whenever possible. If a restricted purpose is fully funded, discontinued, or cannot reasonably be carried out, Divine Mercies Inc. may use the gift for a substantially similar charitable or religious purpose consistent with its mission and applicable law.
